So, Halloween came early in our house! I decided I wanted to try and make some cupcakes for Halloween, they were really simple and easy to make. Although I made the butter icing look so impossible (clearly it’s not my forte!)
Not blowing my own trumpet either, but they actually tasted so damn great. I loved the little decorations for the top and they were from HomeSense and only cost £2.99. Bargain!

Ingredients
110g Self Raising Flour
110g Butter
110g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
A splash of milk (if you feel it’s needed)
Green Food Colourant
Icing
100g butter
200g of icing sugar
Green Food Colourant
